The Chronicles of Narnia  movie series is based on the beloved fantasy book series by C.S. Lewis. Set one year after the events of *The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe*, *Prince Caspian* begins with the Pevensie siblings returning to Narnia, where hundreds of years have passed since their last visit. The magical creatures of Narnia are being hunted down and oppressed by the Telmarines, a human empire that has taken control of the land. Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes), the rightful heir to the throne, escapes from his evil uncle King Miraz (Sergio Castellitto), who seeks to kill him to maintain power.

Prince Caspian allies with the Pevensie children and Aslan to reclaim his throne and restore peace to Narnia. The group embarks on a journey to raise an army and defeat the Telmarines, leading to an epic battle. Aslan also appears, revealing his true nature and helping guide the children toward their ultimate purpose in Narnia.
